For older adults, bibliotherapy is especially beneficial, helping them navigate the complexities of aging with a touch of humor and wisdom. I liked What’s So Funny? My Hilarious Life by Tim Conway for some good laughs. Libraries play a crucial role in making this healing journey accessible.

Reading about characters navigating similar life stages can bring a sense of validation and connection, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness or isolation.
