Specialized Book Collection, at your service
Book Group Service maintains a specialized book collection consisting of over one thousand kits of books, and is maintained by a reservation system called Kit Keeper.
The collection is organized into two categories.
Kit Keeper 1 – New titles and most requested
Kit Keeper 2 – Back catalog
Our kits consist of 10 copies of the same title, conveniently bagged, and sent to the branch of your choice. MCPL customers are able to reserve titles from both Kit Keeper 1 and 2. At this time, out-of-system libraries are limited to Kit Keeper 2.
