Join us for this virtual event as Audrey Tang discusses how technology can enhance, rather than undermine, democracy when misinformation, propaganda, and polarization feel like the global norm. Tang was named one of Time’s 100 Most Influential People in AI and served as Taiwan’s first Minister of Digital Affairs. Tang has been instrumental in developing and employing many different democratic technological platforms and programs, including Taiwan’s renowned response to COVID-19 and securing their 2024 presidential and legislative elections from foreign cyber interference.
