Tell Me a Story Oral History Collection

Oral history is an important part of genealogy and local history. It provides insight into the viewpoints, personalities, and ways of life of those who came before. At MGC, we consider it part of our mission to preserve historical narratives for future generations of genealogists. 

Tell Me a Story is a Mid-Continent Public Library initiative that provides the ability to record and preserve memories, stories, and living history of residents in the Kansas City metro area.
