Mindfulness is the habit of living in the moment and appreciating what you are presently doing instead of thinking of the past or worrying about the future. This presentation offers simple strategies to increase your mindfulness and why this is beneficial to your health. This class will be held in person as well as virtually via Zoom simultaneously. Registration is required. Please indicate whether you will be attending in person or virtually when registering. An email address is required when registering to attend on Zoom.
