Investment in the Library comes from several sources in our community because so many of us recognize the critical importance of the Library’s services. Private support is the greatest endorsement of our belief that free and open access to information can change lives for the better and build a brighter future for our community. Charitable support to the Library and the MCPL Foundation keeps the Library strong for everyone who needs it.
Mission
The mission of Mid-Continent Public Library (MCPL) Foundation is to ensure the long-term health and vitality of Mid-Continent Public Library by encouraging innovative, high-impact Library programs; ensuring robust collections; improving Library spaces; and building endowments for the future.
